You’ll be scored based on the following key areas:

Data Governance

The best thing you can do for your AI has actually little to do with the AI or even technical controls. It has a lot to do with fixing your data. That is your ground zero.

Strategy and Leadership

Most organisations cannot answer a simple question: Where in your business are AI agents influencing decisions that affect your business operations, your clients, your regulatory standing or your business outcomes?

Culture and Literacy

There are two types of companies right now: The first is racing into AI with no guardrails, calling it innovation, deploying tools everywhere, hoping nothing explodes. The second has banned AI and declared it too dangerous. AI is not the problem. The lack of AI awareness is.

Governance, Policy and Risk Management

Most enterprises are not AI ready. I do not mean ready to experiment. I mean ready to deploy AI in production. The strongest indicator of AI maturity and responsible innovation isn’t infrastructure, model or technical controls, it’s governance maturity.

Controls and Engineering

We are seeing crazy amount of innovation just from the AI agents in seeking the goal, no matter what it means to get there, no matter what it takes to get there, no matter the actions it takes that it should and no matter the repercussion. Real controls are deterministic that do not live at the prompt layer.
